I’ve spent more than 25 years building software and leading engineering organizations across startups, global enterprises, and growth-stage companies. My work has included scaling teams and platforms, modernizing architectures and operating models, aligning Product and Engineering, leading through acquisitions and integration, and adopting AI responsibly.

Today, through RYU Advisory & Media, I hold fractional executive roles with growth-stage SaaS companies, embedded in the leadership team and accountable for outcomes, helping them strengthen execution, modernize, and scale. I also take selective advisory engagements. I’m often asked whether I would consider returning to a full-time role. For the right team, mission, and challenge, the answer is yes. My focus is helping organizations build strong engineering cultures, improve delivery without sacrificing reliability, adopt AI thoughtfully, and connect technology investment to outcomes that matter.
